About The Position

This position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (CF-SLP) in Pediatric Home Health in the Denver Metro, CO area. About Kids Home Health Care, a therapist-owned organization, offers exceptional mentorship, meaningful clinical support, and flexibility for clinicians to build their careers. They provide dedicated CF supervision, personalized mentorship, and a collaborative clinical team to support fellows in becoming confident Speech-Language Pathologists. Clinicians can build caseloads aligned with their interests, working with pediatric patients, adults, or both. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in their homes as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date)
  • Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Clinicians new to pediatrics and/or home health
  • Experience with feeding therapy, AAC, medically complex patients, and pediatric home health

Responsibilities

  • Completing speech and language evaluations
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing skilled speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Colorado home health regulations
  • Tracking Clinical Fellowship hours and maintaining ASHA compliance
