About The Position

This Clinical Fellowship position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) in Pediatric Home Health in the Denver Metro, CO area. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date)
  • Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines
  • Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Clinicians new to pediatrics and/or home health
  • Experience with feeding therapy, AAC, medically complex patients

Responsibilities

  • Completing speech and language evaluations
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing skilled speech-language therapy services
  • Collaborating with families and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with Colorado home health regulations
  • Tracking Clinical Fellowship hours and maintaining ASHA compliance
