The Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) delivers speech and language services that help students access instruction and make progress toward their Individualized Education Program (IEP) communication goals. Working under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, this role partners with educators, families, and student support teams to provide high-quality, compliant services that support student success. In this role, you execute assigned tasks with quality and on time, working within a scope set by your supervising Speech-Language Pathologist. You determine how to complete your assigned work and escalate decisions requiring clinical judgment or changes to student programming.
