About The Position

Sage Connections is hiring a full-time, W-2 Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based services to K–12 students during the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple caseloads are available. The position is onsite in Orlando and is scheduled for 37.5 hours per week, roughly 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. depending on the school site. The stated dates are ASAP through May 2027. The SLPA provides direct speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP, implements treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals, and supports data collection, progress monitoring, documentation, and reporting. The role also involves collaboration with the supervising SLP, teachers, and school staff, maintaining accurate service logs, and participating in team meetings as appropriate. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Valid SLPA license or registration, such as registration with the Florida Department of Health.
One year of experience as an SLPA.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to follow SLP supervision and implement therapy plans effectively.
