Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Certified as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Annual flu vaccine is required during flu season.
Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
Must not have any condition or limitation that could pose a direct threat to self or others unless such threat can be eliminated by a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able to pass a fitness assessment designated for this job title and perform all physical activities related to the position.
Regular attendance in your assigned role is an essential job function.

Responsibilities

Tutor individuals with online high school classes and study skills.
Provide training to practice skills for return to work.
Assist individuals in daily living tasks, such as preparing snacks.
Accompany individuals to appointments or outings to practice speech strategies and conversation skills.
Collaborate with clinical and residential teams to plan for life beyond QLI.
