About The Position
MedSide is hiring full-time home health Speech and Language Pathologists to cover Atlanta areas. The SLP provides skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients in accordance with each patient's Plan of Treatment. The role evaluates patients, plans and administers speech therapy modalities and regimens in patients’ residences to develop and restore function through physician-prescribed rehabilitative speech therapy.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved professional program.
- Current Georgia licensure with no sanctions, restrictions, or provisions.
- One year of related experience in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients in accordance with the Plan of Treatment.
- Evaluate patients and plan and administer speech therapy modalities and regimens in their places of residence.
- Develop and restore patient function through physician-prescribed rehabilitative speech therapy.
