The role is onsite and located in Forest Lake, MN. The duration of the contract is from 02-Sep-2026 to 04-Jun-2027. The working hours are 32.5 to 35 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. The students served are in the elementary school age group.

Requirements

Minnesota Department of Education Special Education license required.
Holds a Bachelor's degree.

Nice To Haves

Licensure in DCD or ASD or EBD preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement individualized lesson plans and instructional strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students with disabilities.
Conduct assessments and monitor student progress to track their academic, social, and emotional development.
Work closely with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to coordinate services and ensure a cohesive educational plan for each student.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the unique needs of students with special needs.
