About The Position

As an IT business analyst, you’ll work to develop a leading-edge enterprise spectrum management architecture. Working with your team of architects and digital engineers and alongside business analysts, data scientists, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to your clients, spectrum users in the Department, and other spectrum interest groups. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with spectrum management or operations
  • Knowledge of configuration management principles and technical documentation
  • Ability to solicit, develop, and manage system requirements and documentation
  • Ability to communicate with government clients and system stakeholders
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with spectrum related capabilities such as Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System (GEMSIS), Electromagnetic Battlespace Management (EBSM), or Spectrum XXI (SXXI)
  • Experience with tactical spectrum operations
  • Experience soliciting, developing and managing requirements
  • Experience with requirements management tools, such as DOORs
  • Experience with Digital Engineering Tools, such as Magic Draw
  • Bachelor's degree
