About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing Projects Specialist (M/F) to join our team. This role involves implementing marketing projects in close cooperation with the sales department and other company departments. You will be responsible for managing POS materials, event activities, and overseeing the production of marketing materials. The position also includes B2B activities, collaboration with suppliers, agencies, and printers, budget control and settlement, ensuring proper documentation, and delivery control. Additionally, you will monitor the market and analyze customer needs and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum secondary education (higher education is a plus).
• Experience in a marketing or event marketing department.
• Independence, timeliness, and the ability to plan one's own work well.
• Openness to new challenges, creativity, and energy in action.
• Very good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Communicative knowledge of English.
• Practical knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of graphic design programs and the ability to make simple changes to graphic materials.
• Knowledge of basic principles for preparing materials for print.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of marketing projects in close cooperation with the sales department and other company departments.
• Execution of tasks related to POS materials management, event activities, and supervision of marketing material production.
• B2B activities, cooperation with suppliers, agencies, and printers.
• Controlling and settling budgets, ensuring the correctness of documentation, and controlling deliveries.
• Market monitoring and analysis of customer needs and competitor activities.
