As a Specimen Collection Technician, you'll collect drug and alcohol specimens from drivers with accuracy, care, and integrity. This role is about compliance: following procedures, treating participants professionally, and ensuring smooth site operations. In addition to the collection process, this role will support business operations through various administrative tasks. Here's what your day may look like: Check in donors, verify identification, explain the collection process, and ensure each person is treated with professionalism and discretion Conduct collections of urine, saliva, hair, and breath specimens, maintaining strict chain-of-custody at every step Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage front-desk responsibilities between collections Process invoices and collect payment for services Maintain organized, stocked, and inspection-ready collection sites at both locations Coordinate with the team during high-volume periods and step in where needed
