Specialty Treatment Coordinator
About The Position
We’re looking for a driven, patient-focused Specialty Treatment Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with specialists (oral surgery, implants, endo, etc.) and play a key role in helping patients understand and move forward with more complex, high-value treatment. You will guide patients through specialty treatment plans with confidence, build trust and help patients feel comfortable with advanced procedures, coordinate schedules for specialists and keep the schedule productive, help patients maximize insurance and understand financial options, and play a direct role in case acceptance and practice growth.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident discussing treatment plans and financial options
- Goal-driven and motivated by performance and bonuses
- Skilled at overcoming objections and finding patient-focused solutions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
