The Solution Consultant (SC) is a specialist focused on supporting the growth, scale and experience of our merchant referral and integrated payments partners. This individual is a team player that will work closely with the Channel Sales Manager, Payment Advisors (PA), Operations and Implementation teams. The SC acts as a primary point of contact for partners, coordinating internally across sales, operations, credit, underwriting, product, and risk teams to ensure a seamless, compliant, and value-driven partner experience. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, commercially minded, and highly organized, with a strong ability to balance day-to-day servicing with proactive growth initiatives.
