About The Position

Are you a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced, outdoor environment? We are looking for a reliable and versatile Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you aren’t just a driver or a technician—you are a Brand Ambassador. You will be the face of our company, ensuring our partners receive high-quality service and reliable equipment setup. This role is responsible for the timely pickup, delivery, and basic setup of temporary climate control equipment, temporary fencing, and water delivery services. This is a dynamic position perfect for someone with a “can-do” attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card prior to hire.
• 1+ years of light maintenance background and a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficient with hand/power tools; ability to diagnose/repair basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
• Confident in navigating using maps/routing directions and capable of pulling a trailer both forward and backward.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand professionally while managing work orders and on-site service.
• Execute daily routes, including the pickup, delivery, and sanitation of equipment.
• Assist in the installation and removal of temporary heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Install and remove temporary fencing with precision and stability.
• Deliver and fill water tanks safely and efficiently.
• Adhere to high safety standards and PPE requirements while executing technical maintenance at customer sites.
• Safely load, transport, and offload equipment. Maintain a clean truck and professional appearance while communicating clearly with dispatch.
• Test and stage climate control units for deployment; install systems according to job specifications.
• Install fencing lines with precision; inspect materials for damage and resolve on-site layout issues with customers.
• Perform basic repairs on plumbing (water heaters, winterizing trailers) and carpentry (molding/flooring) as needed.
