About The Position
The Budd Group is seeking a flexible Operations Supervisor with project management experience for a field-based role covering the Piedmont Triad and Western NC. This is a hands-on position where you will function as a Project Manager, ensuring top-tier service delivery across client locations. You will lead daily site workflows, manage team coverage, and act as the primary Operations Supervisor for site projects. You will direct ground operations, ensuring quality control standards and safety protocols are met. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day, with flexible start and end times. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for regional travel, and gas mileage reimbursement is provided.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License

- Prior supervisory or project management experience
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor, Project Manager, or team leader.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
- Flexibility to work varying Monday–Friday hours totaling 8 hours per day.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
