Requirements

Valid Driver's License
flexible schedule
prior supervisory or project management experience
Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor, Project Manager, or team leader.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regional travel.
Flexibility to work varying Monday–Friday hours totaling 8 hours per day.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead daily site workflows, manage team coverage, and act as the primary Operations Supervisor for site projects.
Direct ground operations as a Project Manager, ensuring quality control standards and safety protocols are met.
Adapt schedule based on operational demands while maintaining an 8-hour workday Monday through Friday.
Utilize your vehicle for field oversight (gas mileage reimbursement provided).
