This role is accountable for the quality, consistency, and production of the specialty restaurant kitchen. The chef will exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff and managing all food-related functions. This includes coordinating menus, purchasing, staffing, and food preparation for the property's specialty restaurant. The chef will work with the team to improve guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget and ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. Additionally, the chef will be responsible for developing and training the team to improve results.
