Assists in the overall management of the kitchen, overseeing the production of 5-star quality food for all restaurants on the Estate. This role supervises staff and food preparation, is responsible for all aspects of quality control, team leadership, and guest satisfaction while on duty. The Head Chef will also assist and help coordinate all menu planning and implementation, and perform a variety of administrative duties. A key aspect of this role is to be knowledgeable about the Estate, occupancy levels, VIPs, groups, and banquets.
