We specialize in supporting patients with complex therapies including Oncology, Multiple Sclerosis, Hepatitis C, HIV, Rheumatology, Dermatology, Transplant, and Gastrointestinal conditions. This role begins as 100% onsite during the training period. Upon successful completion of training, technicians may transition into a hybrid work model, averaging 2–3 days onsite per week, with remaining days eligible for remote work based on performance and business needs. Ongoing participation in the hybrid model requires consistent onsite attendance on a weekly and/or monthly basis as determined by operational needs.
