Specialty Pharmacy Practice Resident-2
About The Position
This position is for a Specialty Pharmacy Practice Resident-2 at The Ohio State University. The resident will respond to drug-related questions, resolve escalated pharmacy cases, support medication-related medical necessity requests, perform medication reconciliation and medication reviews, make recommendations for utilization management programs, assist with the communication of formulary and benefit design information, educate clinical and customer service support staff on pharmacy programs, and provide medication-related continuing education to the care team.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) or equivalent combination of education and experiences by residency start date
- Registered pharmacist or eligible for licensure in the State of Ohio by residency start date
Responsibilities
