Requirements

Active Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of employment
2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience
High School Diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to quickly learn new systems
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and extract key information efficiently
Solid computer skills are required, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) for communication, documentation, and data management, as well as, navigating the internet and web-based platforms.

Nice To Haves

CPhT certification (highly valued)
5–8 years of pharmacy technician experience

Responsibilities

Deliver high-touch patient support, managing each patient’s journey from onboarding through refills
Coordinate timely medication delivery and manage refill schedules
Proactively address insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges
Monitor and promote medication adherence
Collaborate closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff to resolve issues quickly
Act as a trusted resource and advocate for patients navigating complex therapies
