About The Position

As a Pharmacy Liaison, you will serve as the primary point of contact for specialty pharmacy patients, providing end-to-end support throughout their treatment journey. You will manage patient relationships as the single point of contact for specialty pharmacy services, support patients with refills, medication adherence, and ongoing therapy management, coordinate drug delivery logistics to ensure timely access to medications, identify and resolve insurance, prior authorization, and copay challenges, monitor adherence and proactively intervene to improve patient outcomes, and collaborate across the care continuum with clinical pharmacists, providers, and clinic staff. You will also ensure patient concerns are resolved quickly through cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 2–5 years of Pharmacy Technician experience (required)
  • Active State Pharmacy Technician Registration (required)
  • Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and extract relevant data
  • Patient-first mindset with a focus on quality care and outcomes
  • High attention to detail and organizational excellence

  • Strong communicator and active listener

Nice To Haves

  • 5–8 years preferred, especially in specialty pharmacy or clinical settings
  • CPhT certification preferred
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: Transplant, Hepatitis C, Infectious Disease (including HIV), Oncology
