About The Position

Specialty Marketing Coordinator – Mesa, AZ | Full‑Time | $22 + Commission Now hiring a Specialty Marketing Coordinator to join our fast‑paced, on‑site call center in Mesa, AZ. In this role, you’ll handle outbound owner engagement, book inbound vacation package reservations, and coordinate transportation for guests traveling to our Mexico properties. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of call center, hospitality, customer service, or reservations experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
  • Experience with FIVE9.
  • Experience with travel coordination, transportation scheduling, or resort operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Call owners to schedule owner update and education appointments at designated sales centers.
  • Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound calls to book vacation packages for five participating resort locations.
  • Confirm travel dates, eligibility, pricing, and presentation requirements with clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain exceptional speed and accuracy in all reservation and owner data entry.
  • Provide professional, friendly service with excellent verbal phone communication and clear written follow‑up.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain an efficient workflow and consistent guest experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
