Now hiring a Specialty Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced, on-site call center in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you’ll handle outbound owner engagement, book inbound vacation package reservations, and coordinate transportation for guests traveling to our Mexico properties. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of call center, hospitality, customer service, or reservations experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule
  • Experience with FIVE 9.
  • Experience with travel coordination, transportation scheduling, or resort operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Call owners to schedule owner update and education appointments at designated sales centers.
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls to book vacation packages for five participating resort locations.
  • Confirm travel dates, eligibility, pricing, and presentation requirements with clarity and accuracy.
  • Maintain exceptional speed and accuracy in all reservation and owner data entry.
  • Provide professional, friendly service with excellent verbal phone communication and clear written follow-up.
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain an efficient workflow and consistent guest experience.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
