Benecard Central Fill is a state-of-the art mail order and specialty pharmacy designed to provide convenient, reliable, and efficient prescription fulfillment services. With a focus on patient care and medication adherence, BCF offers a seamless experience for individuals who require regular medication, including those with chronic conditions or complex health needs. Our proprietary system ensures accurate dispensing, timely delivery, and comprehensive medication management. We handle a wide range of prescription drugs, including specialty medications that may require special handling, storage, or administration. BCF is committed to enhancing the health and well-being for our members by providing easy access to necessary medications through our user-friendly-mail order service. BCF provides the convenience of having their prescriptions delivered directly to their homes.

Requirements

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access) experience and skills
• Must have exceptional interpersonal, phone and organizational skills.
• Must be detail oriented, dependable and motivated.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills necessary
• Possess an acute attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
• The ability to communicate in a concise and professional manner.
• The ability to work in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous healthcare and/or pharmacy technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound Specialty line.
• Assist with Specialty outreach calls to members.
• Contact Specialty members with payment related issues.
• Process member payments for Specialty orders
• Refund and adjust member’s account as needed for Specialty orders.
• Generate patient outreach letters with Specialty related issues.
• Other tasks/duties as assigned.
