About The Position

Our Home and Community Services (HCS) team is growing and looking for a Specialty Contract Monitor to join our team as a Social and Health Program Consultant 4. In this role, you will monitor community residential providers for contractual compliance and accountability. You will also implement policies, procedures and evaluation methods while creating tools related to quality assurance and contract monitoring activities. This position covers Yakima, Benton, and Franklin counties. This job requires frequent travel within the assigned region.

  • One year of experience as a Social and Health Program Consultant 3 or equivalent.
  • Or Two years of experience as a Social and Health Program Consultant 2 or equivalent.
  • Or A master's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration, or a related field And, four years of professional experience planning, administering, developing, or delivering social, financial, health, or chemical dependency treatment services programs
  • Or A bachelor's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration, or a related field And, five years of professional experience planning, administering, developing, or delivering social, financial, health, or chemical dependency treatment services programs
  • Or A combination of education and professional experience totaling at least nine years.
  • Note: A degree in social work must be from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.

Responsibilities

  • Lead staff by performing onsite compliance monitoring visits and quality assurance activities
  • Develop procedures for the monitoring, tracking, and approving corrective actions
  • Set monitoring timelines and priorities based on identified issues
  • Monitor regional Adult Family Home, Assisted Living Facilities, and Behavior Support Providers using structured tools
