A day in the life… Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful unit. Hire, train, manage and motivate a crew of pros to consistently serve up amazing customer service. Support the success of your unit by keeping our customers happy, implementing the store strategy, complying with company procedures and keeping productivity up and costs down.

Requirements

Knowledge about fresh beverages and quality food, with a keen interest in learning more
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Thrived in a fast-paced environment and embraced working a flexible schedule
A food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations
Solid communications skills and basic accounting skills
Been there and done that for 2+ years in coffee bar management
