About The Position
A rural community healthcare facility just outside of Brush, Colorado, seeks a Specialty Clinic Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent, Direct-Hire position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, Day Shift. Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years of management/supervisory experience in a medical setting
- Must have a or be eligible to obtain a BLS Certification upon hire
Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain clinical and medical standards
- Step in to perform direct patient care, triage, or handle medical crises when the clinic is short-staffed or handling high-acuity cases
- Assist top management in developing and monitoring the departmental budget, which includes controlling clinical expenditures and managing fee schedules
