Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets throughout the workday.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English with supervisors, customers and teammates.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
• Lift and carry 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
• Walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Organized and able to multitask.
• Comfortable working independently and with a team.
• Treat customers' personal belongings with care and respect.
• Comfortable using barcode scanners, tablets, and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Photograph, inventory, and barcode customer belongings using phones/tablets and inventory software.
• Pack, wrap, and protect customers' personal belongings.
• Safely load/unload, transport and organize customer belongings.
• Clean furniture, household items, and personal property using specialized cleaning techniques.
• Perform detailed post-construction cleaning.
• Assist with demolition cleanup on residential and commercial projects.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
• Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization.
