Requirements

Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Comfortable using smartphones and tablets throughout the workday.
Ability to communicate professionally in English with supervisors, customers and teammates.
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow established procedures.
Lift and carry 50+ pounds throughout the workday.
Walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.
Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong attention to detail.
Organized and able to multitask.
Comfortable working independently and with a team.
Treat customers' personal belongings with care and respect.
Comfortable using barcode scanners, tablets, and mobile technology.

Responsibilities

Photograph, inventory, and barcode customer belongings using phones/tablets and inventory software.
Pack, wrap, and protect customers' personal belongings.
Safely load/unload, transport and organize customer belongings.
Clean furniture, household items, and personal property using specialized cleaning techniques.
Perform detailed post-construction cleaning.
Assist with demolition cleanup on residential and commercial projects.
Deliver excellent customer service while working in homes and businesses.
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and warehouse organization.
