Specialty Care Manager (Maternal Health)

Nadia Care
•$70,000 - $80,000•Remote

About The Position

The Specialty Care Manager is the operational anchor and cross-functional owner for Nadia Care’s contracted specialty care roles, including Doulas, Registered Dietitians (RDs), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs). Within Care Operations, the role oversees specialists and contractors across all regions, coordinating roster availability, panel matching, compliance and documentation audit trails, contractor administration, and onboarding. Clinical scope-of-practice and quality-of-care concerns are escalated to Regional Managers and Clinical Leadership. The role connects members to birth support and coordinates real-time labor activation. It enforces documentation standards, partners with Licensing, Credentialing & Enrollment (LCE), and leads interviews for incoming specialists. It also supports doula assignment and member onboarding, tracks delivery windows and contractor capacity, and works with care teams to integrate specialty services into member care plans. The position participates in a structured, team-backed on-call rotation outside standard business hours for active labor triage and coverage emergencies. This is a full-time salaried position with an annual pay range of $70,000–$80,000. Remote positions are open to candidates in the contiguous United States, excluding North Dakota, Alabama, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
