About The Position

The Manager of Specialty Clinics is responsible for the development and implementation of operations for the CHOC clinics in compliance with hospital and Specialty Clinics policy and procedures. The scope of responsibility includes recruiting, staffing, operational flow, and facilitation of billing and revenue cycle management.

Requirements

Minimum five (5) years of experience as RN in an outpatient environment.
Experience with third party payers including Medi-Cal and CCS.
Knowledge of JCAHO, CDPH and CCS regulations.
Ability to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others.
Ability to provide leadership.
Ability to be assertive and consistent in enforcing policies.
Ability to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure.
