About The Position

Absolute Pharmacy is an independent, family-owned Long Term Care Pharmacy in North Canton, Ohio. The Specialized Services Manager (SSM) is an integral part of the pharmacy operations team, working toward shared goals of customer service, quality, and employee satisfaction. The SSM researches best-practice benchmarks and establishes, drives, and measures continuous improvement within pharmacy dispensing activity. The role also drives pharmacy training and process improvement efforts across all departments in alignment with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Active CPhT or RPh license in the state of Ohio.
• At least 5 years of long-term-care pharmacy experience.
• At least 5 years of experience with Framework LTC and Framework ECM.
• Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or other process improvement certification.
