About The Position
This position is for a Specialized Programs Teacher Assistant III at Kahre Elementary School, within the ECI Intermediate Grades 3-5 program. The role is for 9 months and requires 7 hours per day. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university; OR 60 semester hours of college credit; OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of experience as a Teacher Assistant or in a related field
- Must possess a valid Nevada Teaching License with an endorsement in Special Education; OR a valid Nevada Substitute Teacher License; OR a valid Nevada Teacher License with an endorsement in Elementary Education K-8; OR a valid Nevada Teacher License with an endorsement in Elementary Education 1-8
- Must possess a valid Nevada Substitute Teacher License
- Must possess a valid Nevada Teacher License with an endorsement in Elementary Education K-8
- Must possess a valid Nevada Teacher License with an endorsement in Elementary Education 1-8
- Must possess a valid Nevada Teaching License with an endorsement in Special Education
