About The Position

The Specialized Consultant supports the management team by demonstrating strong sales behaviors and floor leadership, fostering a positive work environment, and carrying out operational processes and goals in line with company standards and policies. The role helps motivate floor staff to exceed sales targets and delivers an exceptional customer experience. It is a part-time key-holder position.

Requirements

At least one year of retail experience in a specialized environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong sales experience and a proven ability to achieve top individual sales results.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact effectively with others.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Computer proficiency and experience using cash registers.
Ability to stand most of the time or move around the sales floor or warehouse.
Bilingual ability.
Ability to move merchandise and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate brand and product knowledge and stay up to date on products.
Build strong customer connections and maintain positive interactions.
Uphold and execute customer service initiatives.
Assist with merchandise processing, restocking, and in-store inventory monitoring.
Assist with floor movement, merchandising, display maintenance, and keeping the sales floor and warehouse clean.
Organize the warehouse, maintaining labeling, logical placement, organization, and cleanliness.
Lead store opening and closing procedures when management is not present.
Perform other tasks assigned by a member of the management team.
