About The Position

This position oversees package scanning operations and ensures tracking of each package through the Hub facility. He/She monitors the maintenance and repair of scanning and wireless communications equipment. This position prepares tracking reports for management.

Requirements

• Possesses effective verbal/written communication, problem-solving, research, and time-management skills
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Oversees package scanning equipment maintenance.
• Monitors scanning systems and communicates service information.
• Resolves package tracking issues.
• Communicates with functional departments.
