Requirements

BA or Visual Merchandising Certificate preferred
At least 2 years of visual merchandising or retail experience
Preference for luxury sector exposure
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to capture high-quality photos
Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting weights exceeding 40 pounds
Direct merchandising and in-store experience with a keen eye for detail and perfection
Strong team player and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels within the organization
Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a plus
Prior experience in fine jewelry is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain Visual Merchandising standards in the boutique
Regularly update in store visual merchandising with high attention to detail
Ensure monthly Visual Guidelines are being implemented
Implement boutique zoning with the Regional Visual Merchandiser
Meet regularly with Boutique Director and the Regional Visual Merchandiser to ensure Visual needs are being met
Communicate regularly with PR team to replace/update merchandise on display and anticipate product moves, photo shoots and consignments
Regularly train boutique teams on Visual Merchandising
Ensure correct PLV and Signage is displayed and maintained
Use Yoobic Visual Merchandising App weekly to share what is currently on display
Create quarterly reports of the Visual Merchandising, evaluating and summarizing outcomes of the store zoning and visible assortment.
Work with security to properly document daily product moves and adjust window value for special events
Share Visual Merchandising success stories
Support all maintenance needs in the boutique
Handle full lifecycle of wide range maintenance requests from start to finish
Develop relationships with all local vendors to facilitate expediency and priority intervention
Ability to escalate and/or deescalate communication on support needed from Corporate team
Proactivity in bringing creative solutions to ensure efficiency
Maintain overall boutique appearance
Maintain/update library appearance
Be the key point person with the florist to ensure guidelines are followed, flowers are fresh and delivered on time
Oversee boutique staging and tidiness
Install seasonal window animation kits
Receive window animation kits and install per guidelines
Provide photo recap via the Yoobic App
Recycle kits as per the guidelines that are communicated
Coordinate and implement Visual Merchandising needs around Events, Launches & Client Presentations
Work with the Regional Visual Merchandiser and to implement special merchandising for events
Be onsite at boutique events to help with Visual Merchandising needs
Work with Sales Associates to merchandise displays for client presentations
