The Specialist, Training reports to the Manager, Training Asset and is responsible for advising on and driving processes for the training and competency requirements of the client group(s) the position supports. This is an individual contributor role which will work with the assigned client group(s) to manage the competency profiles, training matrices, and technical development to ensure regulatory compliance requirements are met. Additionally, this role is responsible for the development of training and assessment materials for the asset(s). This is a non-DOT position.
