Requirements

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
3 – 5 years of total work experience preferred
Operational investment management experience and knowledge of principles and practices within the investment management industry preferred
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a self-starter who works effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

Performing daily trade processing and settlement, including Fixed Income and Equities
Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of a trade, ensuring accurate settlement between counterparties, and resolving fails to ensure compliance with settlement timelines
Contributing to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the firm's policies and procedures
Working with internal teams to ensure breaks between internal accounts and external counterparties are resolved
