We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support Analyst to join our Workplace Technology team. This role is located in Lake Mary/LM or Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Improve client experience, Participate in business as usual and project activities, Assist with AI driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or at least 5 years of equivalent work experience required.
  • 2-5 years of experience in technical and customer-support required
  • experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
  • 3 to 5 years of desktop/side support required
  • Large enterprise experience
  • Banking experience not required but preferred
  • 3 to 5 years supporting Desk Laptops/Desktops, Microsoft Surface, iPad, and Mac devices
  • Handheld mobile support using Intune, RSA, MDA
  • Remote support for all 3 United States time zones
  • OneDrive, MS Office 365, MS Teams, VPN, Security, AI a plus
  • ServiceNow ticketing system
  • Self-starter, team player
  • Organized, detailed, well spoken
  • document creation a plus
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
