About The Position

The Specialist – Technical Systems supports operational excellence by leading CRM administration and migration work, improving workflows through process optimization, and expanding team productivity through technology implementations (including AI-enabled capabilities). The role partners closely with IT, Data & Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure systems, data, and tools enable effective collaboration and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively and act as the technical liaison with the producer services and Data and Analytic teams, management, IT and other interest holders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field: Business administration, data and analytics, etc.
  • 2+ years experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred): Ability to manage and utilize CRM systems effectively.
  • AI-enabled workflow and automation experience: Comfort using AI tools to improve operational efficiency and the ability to translate business needs into practical, documented AI-enabled workflows (including change management and continuous improvement).
  • Experience with tools and technologies: Familiarity with automation tools, reporting tools, and other relevant technologies. (Salesforce, Workday, Jira experience preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365: Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead transition from Monday.com to Salesforce in partnership with the IT and Data and Analytics teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system, managing user access, and implementing new features.
  • Develop the integration into Salesforce to ensure team can effectively manage ongoing operations and collaboration.
  • Streamline processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist Oregon team with transitions from other software services such as process management workflow software.
  • Analyze recycling, education & outreach, and contamination data related to EPR implementation to identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and strategic development within the state of Oregon.
  • Assist in creating and updating spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems to ensure efficient workflows.
  • Evaluate and implement operations tools and technologies to improve overall team performance.
  • Lead ongoing creation and improvement of AI-enabled capabilities (e.g., automation, drafting/summarization support, data QA workflows, knowledge management, reporting acceleration) to support the team’s ongoing productivity goals, including identifying high-value use cases, documenting requirements, supporting rollout and training, and iterating based on user feedback.
  • Engage with IT and PMO technical resources to ensure the needs of Oregon state are accurately reflected within the ongoing development of the SP Portal so that we can continue to grow our data tracking capabilities and use of automations to speed up the overall process for our contracted partners.
