About The Position

This role will have the opportunity to shape and enhance the People function’s core systems and applications, ensuring solutions support the delivery of the people strategy, optimise performance, and meet evolving business needs. This role will play a key part in defining system and process requirements across SuccessFactors and related business applications while working within the People department at our Perth office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, information technology or a related field
  • Experience in using, maintaining and supporting SuccessFactors HCM Modules
  • SFX accreditation in one or more SuccessFactors modules
  • Extensive experience in human resources functional processes and systems
  • Extensive experience in SuccessFactors HCM end-user support role including business processes and regulations across multiple modules
  • Exposure to SOX processes and system

Responsibilities

  • Lead the regional support of SAP SuccessFactors and People systems across the People functions.
  • Partner with system owners and stakeholders to maintain core People processes and system functionality.
  • Provide troubleshooting, user support, and resolution of system issues with minimal disruption to People operations.
  • Assist support partner in system releases and updates, assessing impact on existing configurations and business processes, conduct user acceptance testing on all upgrades implemented.
  • Develop and deliver People operational reports.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for People teams and end users.
  • Involved in support ticket resolution, user training, and system adoption initiatives.
  • Monitor data integrity, system performance, and user adoption.
  • Work closely with the People Transformation team to ensure alignment between business as usual and transformation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and SOX control requirements while providing functional support and user guidance.
