To enable this, we are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technical Product Management supporting the Clinical Data Management ecosystem to join our team. The product manager will partner with R&D and other organizations to define the roadmap, own and prioritize the backlog and be the central contact between the business and scum team.

Responsibilities

  • As a Product Analyst within the Integrated Trial Monitoring Product, you will work across our area supporting programs which enable our business partners to operate without obstacles.
  • You will build expertise on system validations and will have the opportunity to learn the end-to-end clinical process.
  • You will work with stakeholders at all levels across our company to uncover and communicate user needs.
  • You will be instrumental in planning, designing, and conducting testing activities, engaging support teams, and compiling critical content for training and communication to users.
  • You will apply a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process and stakeholder needs.
  • You will also gather insight into user journey, behaviour, motivation, unarticulated problems, unmet needs and pain points.
  • You will work side by side with Business Stakeholders, Product Users, Product Managers, and Technical Leads and you will be providing close support to ensure that the IT solutions are both valuable and viable.
  • Gather documentation related to the business process in clinical domain, document business/user needs and trace requests and responses to requests
  • Continuously broaden your expertise in the Clinical Trials business domain
  • Leverage business and user insights to form solutioning ideas and make prioritization decisions to maximize the value of the IT solutions
  • Work with the business to identify business value for our initiatives and determine the best way to measure that our solutions achieve the targeted business value
  • Be accountable for enablement, adoption, and growth of the Integrated Trial Monitoring product
  • Build knowledge of the existing solutions through IT communities and leverage these for the benefit the business stakeholders
  • Partner with squad members including but not limited to scrum masters, technical lead(s) and development team to manage high-quality product delivery leveraging Agile SDLC methodology
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories are maintained, which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad
  • Follow and apply the Product Model principles to maximize the business value
