Must have an High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must hold valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate (requirement may be waived).
Must complete Fleet Familiarization Training specific to the fleet type assignment.
Must be familiar with the applicable portions of the MOCPM (Maintenance Operations Control/Planning Manual) related to performance of their duties and the procedures stated within.

Responsibilities

Coordinating the scheduling of required maintenance checks on aircraft, as assigned.
Managing time change components, deferrals, Fleet Campaign Directives and Engineering Orders, including those designated for accomplishment during heavy maintenance checks.
Coordinating with MOC, SOC, Inventory Control and Maintenance for the routing and assignment of scheduled maintenance.
Creating and monitoring EO/ERS/FCD Tracking Matrix; reconciling completed matrices with TCS history.
Reviewing Preplan and final BOWs (Bill of Work) for accuracy and scheduling conflicts to station capabilities.
Providing oversight of development and coordination of scheduled maintenance activity.
Providing training and direction to Planners on assigned fleet type to ensure timely completion of work.
Resolving problems, evaluating and assisting in development of departmental processes.
