The Talent Management Specialist enhances the total Associate experience across Family Dollar, by developing and implementing talent programs that drive associate growth and development. This role is responsible for the execution of key programs within the talent management lifecycle including performance evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning, as well as leadership competency models, coaching and feedback practices, career pathing, and high-potential development. This role also generates and analyzes key talent metrics to transform data into recommendations that create and shape talent programs. The Talent Management Specialist partners with Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and HR Business Partners to effectively transform talent strategies to solutions that improve the Associate experience.
