About The Position

The Senior Talent Management Specialist manages the organizational development function of the firm. Develops and implements processes and programs designed to maximize employee productivity, performance, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Possesses comprehensive knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and related methodologies.
  • Handles complex issues and problems and prioritizes competing projects.
  • Ability to influence without authority.
  • Primarily focused on administering established policies and procedures but may have some influence on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.
  • Ability to perform in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Credit Union or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Studies organizational structures, business and operating procedures, reporting relationships, and team interactions.
  • Analyzes results of needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews and identifies organizational weaknesses or areas for improvement.
  • Creates frameworks and interventions meant to address performance issues or gaps and monitors program progress to completion.
  • Works across HR to ensure consistency with framework.
  • May be responsible for leadership or executive development programs.
