About The Position

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will play a critical role in driving and evolving enterprise-wide talent programs that shape associate growth, engagement, and performance. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who enjoys being a trusted advisor, process driver, and problem-solver—while working at the center of a dynamic, people-first organization. In this role, you’ll help deliver and drive the talent experiences that associates and leaders feel every day—from performance and goal-setting to engagement, recognition, and succession planning. You’ll act as a subject matter expert and connector , partnering across HR, Talent, and global teams to ensure programs are not only well-executed, but continuously improving. If you enjoy managing and executing talent programs end‑to‑end, driving outcomes through strong relationships and data, and bringing structure and clarity to complex processes—this role offers both challenge and impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or leading talent processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, or succession planning
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools (such as Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency and quality of work

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer core talent management programs including performance management, engagement and listening strategies, recognition, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and thought partner to HR partners and leaders—providing guidance, tools, insights, and recommendations
  • Own day-to-day program execution, including project planning, communications, system and vendor management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with talent analytics partners to leverage data and insights that drive adoption and better decision-making
  • Manage timelines, communications, resources, and stakeholders with a strong focus on quality and consistency
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the associate experience
  • Support enterprise recognition programs, including high-visibility awards, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful impact
