About The Position

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will play a critical role in driving and evolving enterprise-wide talent programs that shape associate growth, engagement, and performance. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for someone who enjoys being a trusted advisor, process driver, and problem-solver—while working at the center of a dynamic, people-first organization. In this role, you’ll help deliver and drive the talent experiences that associates and leaders feel every day—from performance and goal-setting to engagement, recognition, and succession planning. You’ll act as a subject matter expert and connector, partnering across HR, Talent, and global teams to ensure programs are not only well-executed, but continuously improving. If you enjoy managing and executing talent programs end‑to-end, driving outcomes through strong relationships and data, and bringing structure and clarity to complex processes—this role offers both challenge and impact.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in talent management, HR, or a related field
  • Experience supporting or leading talent processes such as performance management, engagement surveys, recognition, or succession planning
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Experience working with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong plus)
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual
  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Comfort leveraging AI tools (such as Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency and quality of work

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer core talent management programs including performance management, engagement and listening strategies, recognition, talent reviews, and succession planning
  • Serve as a trusted subject matter expert and thought partner to HR partners and leaders—providing guidance, tools, insights, and recommendations
  • Own day-to-day program execution, including project planning, communications, system and vendor management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with talent analytics partners to leverage data and insights that drive adoption and better decision-making
  • Manage timelines, communications, resources, and stakeholders with a strong focus on quality and consistency
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the associate experience
  • Support enterprise recognition programs, including high-visibility awards, ensuring smooth execution and meaningful impact
