About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Learning Professional to support the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise learning operations supporting a business segment. This role is responsible for administering learning systems and processes, consulting with the business, reporting and analytics, partnering on audits, and content development and / or review. The ideal candidate will bring experience in learning administration, learning processes, systems coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. This position plays an important role in enabling effective learning delivery and operational excellence in support of business and talent priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

  • Learning Management System administration experience, SuccessFactors Learning preferred
  • Strong project coordination skills with experience managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience creating online learning content; familiarity with Articulate, Synthesia, or similar authoring tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and continuously improve learning operations, executing training governance, audit support, learning system administration, and related operational priorities.
  • Administer and optimize learning management system activities, including course deployment, completion tracking, transcript management, certification monitoring, issue resolution, and system support.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, business leaders, vendors, and subject matter experts to deliver learning programs and ensure operational alignment with business and compliance objectives.
  • Analyze existing learning operations processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that increase efficiency, consistency, compliance, and service quality.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of learning data and records across systems, taking appropriate action to investigate issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Produce, analyze, and communicate recurring and ad hoc reports and metrics to support decision-making related to learning participation, compliance, effectiveness, and operational performance.
  • Support internal and external audits by coordinating documentation, validating training records, interpreting requirements, and helping ensure organizational readiness.
  • Recommend and support enhancements to learning technologies, including participation in testing, validation, implementation, and ongoing process refinement.
  • Establish and maintain procedures, job aids, and documentation that enable standardized delivery and continuous improvement of learning operations.
  • Resolve learner and stakeholder issues, balancing service, compliance, and business needs while escalating matters as appropriate.
