This position is responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting while ensuring the process is efficient, effective, and equitable. This involves sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, identify job requirements, developing sourcing strategies, create effective hiring strategies and creating job postings. Ideal candidates should have the ability to build relationships quickly with both applicants and hiring managers. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. This position requires handling projects simultaneously therefore strong organizational and problem-solving skills is necessary.
