Requirements

Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (UKG) and recruiting platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
High school diploma required.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across all business units.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates, including passive sourcing through job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networking.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with company values and job requirements.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, build job descriptions, and create effective hiring plans.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Schedule and coordinate interviews and provide timely communication to both candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
Assist in onboarding efforts as needed to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
